Now we're ready to take things to the next level — and we're looking for a talented Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Sofia and lead it forward.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the team through the design, manufacturing, assembly, and testing of prototypes, turning concepts into real solutions
  • Create and design innovative components and systems that make our products even more impressive and competitive
  • Evaluate and improve existing components, systems, and technologies to enhance performance and reliability
  • Guide and mentor the internal engineering team by sharing expertise in standards, materials, and best practices
  • Translate project requirements into reality, ensuring seamless execution and technical excellence
  • Produce precise technical documentation and detailed bills of materials to support the successful delivery of projects
  • Take full ownership of the technical foundation of our products, ensuring reliable documentation and technical support at every stage

Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience leading engineering teams
  • Strong engineering intuition and problem-solving skills
  • Broad technical knowledge and a drive to create new solutions
  • Excellent understanding of: machine elements, theoretical mechanics, and strength of materials
  • Knowledge of technologies, materials, and manufacturing processes
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks (minimum 5 years of experience)
  • Good level of English
  • SAP experience is a plus
