Walltopia, the world leader in climbing wall design and production, is looking for passionate and driven Sales Agents based in South Korea.

What We’re Looking For

• Local Presence and Language:
  You must already reside in South Korea and be a native speaker of Korean. Good command of English is required for coordination with our HQ team.
• Climbing Insight:
  You live and breathe climbing. You understand its language, its community, and the people who are shaping its future.
• Sales Mindset:
  You’re curious, persistent, and motivated by creating value, not just closing deals. Experience in sales, particularly in climbing or sports, is a big plus.
• Mobility:
  You’ll be traveling across South Korea meeting gym owners, entrepreneurs, and visionaries, and helping them turn their climbing ideas into thriving spaces.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Representing Walltopia’s full range of products: climbing walls, holds, mats, and other equipment.
• Meeting clients, understanding their goals, and guiding them through the process of building high-quality climbing gyms.
• Negotiating contract terms to secure mutually beneficial deals.
• Preparing offers and tracking client interactions through our CRM system.
• Coordinating with designers, engineers, and project managers via MS Teams.
• Supporting our marketing efforts to strengthen Walltopia’s presence in South Korea.
• Participating in our annual Walltopia Strategy Agents Meeting in Bulgaria, where we align visions, share ideas, and climb together.

• 상호 유익한 계약을 위한 조건 협상.
• 견적서 작성 및 자사 CRM 시스템을 통한 클라이언트 커뮤니케이션 관리.
• MS Teams를 통한 디자이너, 엔지니어, 프로젝트 매니저와의 협업.
• 대한민국 내 Walltopia의 입지 강화를 위한 마케팅 활동 지원.
