What We’re Looking For:

• Climbing Experience: You know your way around the crux and can tackle any problem—this insight helps you connect with clients who share your passion for the sport.
• Sales Background: Prior experience in sales, especially within the climbing or sports industry, is a huge plus. We’re looking for someone who knows how to connect, engage, and close.
• Communication Skills: Good English skills are necessary to stay in sync with our HQ, and fluent Spanish to connect with local clients.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel across Spain to meet clients, discuss their goals, and guide them on their journey to building exceptional climbing gyms.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Selling Walltopia climbing walls, holds, mats, and other equipment.
• Meeting clients and understanding their vision and needs.
• Guiding them through the process of building high-quality climbing gyms.
• Negotiating contract terms to secure mutually beneficial deals.
• Working with our marketing team to better meet local demands and promote Walltopia products in the Spanish market.
• Collaborating closely with designers to turn visionary ideas into reality.
• Participating once per year in the Walltopia Strategy Agents meeting in Bulgaria, where you’ll share ideas with fellow climbers and sales agents from around the world, shaping the future of climbing—and then enjoying team-building adventures.
