Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, energetic, responsible, and has experience working directly with clients. Last but not least, they are passionate about sports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and assisting clients at the reception of Momentum Climbing Sofia;
• Answering phone calls and assisting clients over the phone;
• Scheduling training sessions and maintaining communication between clients and instructors;
• Assisting in organizing events that are held at the center;
• Supporting climbing instructors when needed.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Responsibility and attention to detail;
• Friendly and charismatic personality;
• Experience with MS Office;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Experience in a receptionist position is an advantage;
• Completed customer service training for receptionists is an advantage.
