We are constantly growing and expanding our portfolio of products and services and we are now looking for a Payroll Specialist to join us at our Headquarters in Sofia.

Main Responsibilities:

• Preparation, registration, and termination of employment contracts;
• Preparation of civil contracts;
• Calculation and payment of social security contributions;
• Preparation and submission of declarations Form 1 and Form 6, as well as all necessary documents related to social security to the National Revenue Agency (NRA) and the National Social Security Institute (NSSI);
• Submission of sick leave certificates;
• Maintenance and closure of employment record cards;
• Keeping personal files for staff;
• Correspondence with the NRA, NSSI, and the Labor Inspectorate;
• Preparation of payroll reports;
• Performing tasks assigned by the Chief Accountant and the CEO;
• Calculating variable components;
• Online banking;
• Preparing documents for issuing a Certificate of Applicable Legislation - A1;
• Compiling the complete package of documents for posting employees abroad.

Requirements:

• University degree in Economics;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Very good computer literacy and skills in accounting software;
• Very good level of Excel;
• Excellent knowledge of Bulgarian labor and social security legislation;
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, precision;
• Ability to work independently;
• Working proficiency in English;
• Knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered an advantage.
