We are now looking for an HR Specialist with focus on recruitment to be in charge of our climbing holds & accessories division.

The HR Specialist will:
·     Create and update job advertisements suited to the needs of the company;
·     Conduct recruitment & selection of active and passive candidates;
·     Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management;
·     Evaluate candidates, schedule and conduct preliminary interviews, make well founded hiring suggestions;
·     Work with hiring managers to finalize job descriptions, obtain approvals, and  ensure consistency in the candidate selection process and adherence to decision making based on must-have qualifications;
·     Extending offers to successful candidates, manage expectations and engage talent;
·     Coordinate the onboarding inquiries;
·     Ensure regular follow up with the candidate as well as the respective hiring managers in order to grant timeliness of the recruitment process;
·     Manage the company career site – create content and ensure regular up-to-date information;

 To excel in this job we expect as a minimum: 
·       1+ years previous experience as a recruiter or similar corporate role (background in a manufacturing company would be considered an advantage);
·       Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing strategies and tools
·       Ability to work independently, proactive attitude and use of creative sourcing methods;
·       Ability to read between the lines of a CV and see the hidden potential of people;
·       Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results
·       Positive attitude and excellent communication skills;
·       Good command of English;
·       Strong computer literacy;
·       Collaborative style;
