Since 1998, we have successfully completed over 2,000 projects in 78 countries across 6 continents. We are currently seeking a Head of Payroll Department to join us at our Headquarters in Sofia.

Our Ideal Candidate:

A professional with managerial and payroll experience who is ready to learn and develop the team they work with.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the calculation of salaries, earnings, variable components, taxes, and social security contributions within set deadlines.
• Providing accurate, reliable, and comprehensive information related to payroll.
• Addressing questions and resolving payroll-related issues.
• Allocating work within the payroll team.
• Managing payments and calculations with the National Revenue Agency (NRA) and the National Social Security Institute (NSSI).
• Ensuring the proper assignment of employees for business trips abroad.
• Ensuring accurate accounting of salaries in accordance with accounting standards.
• Calculating per diem allowances in compliance with current legislation.
• Participating in labor inspections in different countries.
• Preparing various periodic reports for management.
• Handling online banking and payments.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Higher education in Accounting, Economics, or Law.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of labor and social security legislation.
• Experience in a manufacturing or construction company is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience with Omeks, Horizont, and SAP is an advantage.
