We are currently looking for a new colleague to join our team as a Freight Forwarding Specialist at our Headquarters in Sofia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organizing online trade procedures to find the best shipping solutions in terms of costs, timing and efficiency;
- Negotiating terms with suppliers of forwarding services, couriers and customs agents;
- Organizing and monitoring the forwarding process of company product around the globe;
- Complying with laws, regulations and requirements of the country our goods are shipped to;
- Keeping updated forwarders data base;
- Organizing and monitoring customs procedures for import and export.

Our Ideal Candidate Is:

- A strong team player with excellent organizational and problem solving skills;
- Able to meet deadlines and prioritize wisely;
- Has a university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or other relevant;
- Has a good command of English (at least B2);
- Has a good knowledge of INCOTERMS;
- Has a minimum of one year experience in freight forwarding or export/import in a company involved in international trade;
