Radostina Stanimirova is SAP business data analyst at Walltopia. She joined the company almost 10 years ago considering it to be a temporary job. You could learn why she stayed by reading the article below.

Tell us a little bit about your background and how you ended up at Walltopia?

Hey there, I am Radost!  I was born in Kyustendil and graduated from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy with Master’s degree in Construction of Buildings and Facilities. I started as a junior engineer in the company while I was a student. Few years later enrolled for a Master's degree in Finance and started as a trainee in the Finance Department. I participated in the process of implementing new software into the company - SAP and I fell in love with it ?. Prior to Walltopia, I was working as a trainee in an accounting company and when I decided to move to Walltopia I was thinking “it will be just for a little bit”. The intensive career development and the multiplicity of my job there overwhelmed me and I I did not feel how the last 10 years passed.
In my spare time I like doing Yoga and my hobby is applied arts - decoupage, painting, etc.

For how long have you been with the company?

Almost 10 years.

What are you doing currently?

I am responsible for the preparation of various analysis and reports and also supporting Walltopia employees in their work with SAP

What’s exciting about the work that you do?

Working with SAP and monitoring the results of the overall performance of each department.

What about your job makes you jump out of the bed in the morning?

The marvelous team I work with.

What do you love the most about your job?

The variety of cases we face daily – even those that you`ve never imagined could happen.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced throughout the years?

To work like every day is my last working day. In other words - to be 110% devoted to my work.

What is the one thing the company helped you develop as a skill?

To accept changes with a smile :)

How did you change through years?

I learnt to be more open up to people and the importance of understanding the other’s point of view before acting.

Describe working here with one word.
