We are now looking for a Sales Administrator to support our Active Entertainment division from order processing to invoicing and follow ups.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be responsible for all orders and deliveries entry in SAP ERP system;
  • Take an active part in the coordination of any sales project that is assigned to you;
  • Communicate via email or by phone with clients on various project related matters;
  • Be involved in cold calling and/or cold emailing sales campaigns;
  • Update and manage clients databases in the internal company system Sugar CRM;
  • Provide any necessary data or reports to the sales team, incl. regular & monthly reports in Excel and SAP;
  • Process new sales leads as necessary;
  • Create and maintain Customer Quotes and prepare offers for tenders;
  • Coordinate internal and external communication with agents and/or other departments within the company (After Sales, Marketing, Design, Engineering, Project management, etc.)

TO EXCEL IN THIS JOB WE EXPECT:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics/Accounting will be considered an advantage;
  • Fluency in English - written and spoken;
  • A high level of personal discipline and ability to set priorities and work within deadlines;

N.B. No previous experiences needed! (Still, you have some, that will be considered an advantage.)
