Tell us a little bit about your background and how you ended up at Walltopia?

I decided it is time for change and saw a company`s advert for a free position in my field. I sheared with a friend of mine, who has been working in Walltopia for years and he recommended me. After a couple of meetings, interviews and test I was approved. 🙂

For how long have you been with the company?

For three years.

What are you doing currently?

At the moment I am Chief Accountant for part of the companies in Walltopia Group.

What’s exciting about the work that you do?

My profession is not liked by a lot of people 🙂 Its connected with a lot of numbers, accounts, calculations and searching for details but that`s exactly what I like – the magic of numbers.

What about your job makes you jump out of the bed in the morning?

Finding the solution to every case and backing it up with the relevant legislation. To make the numbers understandable to everyone.

What do you love the most about your job?

I love everything in accounting. I work with pleasure, but the most enjoyable stage for me is the annual closure, although it is associated with the greatest work load and stress:) This is the period from January to March, when we financially complete the previous year.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced throughout the years?

Keep up-to-date on a professional level. Frequent legislative changes, adherence to deadlines, sometimes quite short, require a great deal of dedication and take a lot of your time, but ….. everything cannot be just fine.

What is the one thing the company helped you develop as a skill?

The ability to unleash your thoughts by communicating with young and intelligent people. To show and apply your knowledge in practice. The fast-growing company is the best place to do that.

How did you change through years?

I haven`t changed. Perhaps I have become a bit more organized.
