Tell us a little bit about your background and how did you end up at Walltopia?

I started as an architect directly responsible for the design and construction of the Collider Activity Center (Walltopia’s new HQ building). I quickly got acquainted with Walltopia’s Adventure products and started working on both the HQ building and concepts for entertainment centers. Today, I am responsible for the entire team working on adventure product designs, as well as for all of the buildings and facilities that we design and build.

What are you doing currently?

Working on adventure products, designing and building the new HQ, and some of the design department’s administrative tasks.

How are things here different from some of your previous experiences? It is more interesting and dynamic. I have learned a lot.

What’s exciting about the work that you do?

Creating – starting off with a white piece of paper and two sentences, and ending up with a successful concept for us, our clients, and their clients.

What about your job makes you jump out of the bed in the morning?

All of the things I mentioned already, plus the fact that we always have yet another victory in the making. We are winners!

What do you love the most about your job?

The freedom, success, opportunities, and the creation process.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced throughout the years?

Meeting client expectations, without compromising quality and the technical requirements.

What is the one thing the company helped you develop as a skill?

There are many, but mostly the skill to assess situations based on different points of view.

How did you change through years?

I am more responsible now.
